The most experienced of the newcomers is 32-year-old midfielder Paul Marshall.

He had signed for Boro`s league rivals Buxton from Vanarama National League North outfit Curzon Ashton in July 2019 before doing a U-turn and joining NPL Division One North West club Mossley AFC.

The Manchester native started out with Manchester City, making 15 appearances in the League for Blackpool and Port Vale and 9 for Scottish Premier side Aberdeen whilst on loan.

He was released by City in 2010 and joined Walsall, for whom he appeared 18 times.

After short stints at Rochdale and Droylsden, he joined Port Vale in 2012 and played 15 times for the Valiants.

Spells with FC Halifax Town, Stockport County, Bradford Park Avenue and Alfreton Town followed before the three-times capped England under-20 international signed for Curzon in May 2017, also turning out for Glossop North End on dual registration in 2018/19.

Sale-born Taylor Jones is a 19-year-old defender who joins Radcliffe from SkyBet League Two neighbours Oldham Athletic.

He came through the ranks at Boundary Park and was a regular in the Latics under-18 side.

Young goalkeeper Sully Sassad makes the switch from league rivals Matlock Town and will add competition for the number one spot.

Ibrahim (pictured), 21, joins from Norrvalla FF in Finland.

A 21-year-old box-to-box midfielder, had played in the Finnish fourth tier since October 2020.

Jordan Carroll joins from League of Ireland First Division outfit Athlone Town, having also previously played for Shamrock Rovers, Bohemians and Shelbourne.

The 20-year-old Irish native is versatile, being able to play at either central midfield or right back, offering different options for manager Lee Fowler when required.

He has impressed the backroom staff during pre-season having taken part in every game so far as a triallist.
