Ellis Barkworth, Nathan Hotte and Lewis Dennison have all checked intyo Queensway.

Barkworth, 23, joins from former Toolstation Northern Counties East League rivals Barton Town.

The right-back had signed for Northern Premier side Scarborough Athletic in June 2019 from Tadcaster Albion before making the swift move to Barton Town a couple of months later.

He had joined Taddy in March 2018 after being released by Hull City.

He had been on Hull's books since the age of 9 before going on to sign his first professional contract in May 2016.

He made his debut for the club in the EFL Cup against Doncaster Rovers in August 2018.

Although primarily a midfielder, he can slot into the back line and even up front.

He spent four years at Bradford Park Avenue, making 183 appearances and his other previous clubs include Scarborough Athletic, Farsley Celtic and, as a youngster, Hull City.

He joined Halifax in the summer of 2016 and made 52 starts, scoring one goal during his time at The Shay.

Dennison is a right-back who signed for Northern Premier side Gainsborough Trinity in June 2020 from then-Northern Counties East League side Bridlington, having also appeared for Brigg Town, Goole AFC and North Ferriby United.

He was Bridlington`s player of the year in 2018/19.
