Chilaka Coup for Quorn
United Counties League Premier Division North club Quorn have signed much-travelled forward Chib Chilaka.

Nigerian born, Chilaka joined Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One Midlands side Belper Town in October 2020 from Derbyshire neighbours, Matlock Town.

 

He started his football career at Rushden & Diamonds but joined Notts County in 2004 where he made a single appearance for the Magpies.

 

Following a spell out of the game as he completed his university studies, he signed for Bridlington Town, scoring 35 goals in all competitions.

 

His career took him to Harrogate Town and Bradford Park Avenue where he was a consistent goal scorer at both clubs.

 

More recent spells at Hyde United and Grantham Town followed before his penultimate move to Matlock in the summer.
