New Midfielder Added to Witton Squad

Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division club Witton Albion have announced the signing of midfielder Callum Leigh from JD Cymru Premier side The New Saints.

The 19-year-old featured as a trialist for Witton during pre-season and has also been on the books of Oldham Athletic and Rochdale in the EFL clubs' academies.

Leigh (pictured) follows 18-year-old defender Will Sutton into Wincham Park.

The young centre-back joins on loan from SkyBet League Two side Oldham Athletic.

He will be at Wincham Park for an initial month to gain senior experience after signing his first professional deal at Boundary Park earlier this summer.
