The
31-year-old central defender joined Boreham Wood in January 2021 from National
League rivals Solihull Moors, where he had been since early November 2020.
Previously
a free agent, he joined Moors having played for and captained League Two side
Mansfield Town, where he clocked up over 200 first-team appearances during a
five-year stay.
A
former Barbadian international, he first earned his stripes in Birmingham
City’s academy where he impressed as captain of Blues’ under-18 side.
Despite
those eye-catching displays, and being handed a squad number, he never made his
senior bow for the Blues.
He
enjoyed a series of loan spells at the likes of Notts County, Port Vale and
Scunthorpe United before eventually moving to then-League One side Huddersfield
Town in January 2010.
Following
his stint with the Terriers, and after a successful trial, he signed for Notts
County in the summer of 2010 and went on to spend three years at Meadow Park.
A
move to Torquay United followed and he made over 70 appearances for the Gulls,
scoring 5 goals in two seasons for the club before signing for Mansfield in
July 2015. |
