Striker Benni Smales-Braithwaite has joined the Tigers on loan from Premier League Southampton until January 2022.

The 19-year-old signed his first professional deal at the Saints in June 2019 after arriving from Manchester City a year prior.

A move to Gloucester will ensure the young forward gets regular minutes and continues his development.

Midfielder Max Sheaf (pictured) has also signed for Paul Groves’ outfit.

The 21-year-old joins after being released by SkyBet Championship side Hull City.

He made his one first team appearance for Hull in the final match of the 2018/19 season against Bristol City.

He also had loan spells with League One side Cheltenham Town and National League outfit Torquay United.
