Young Cherry Loaned to White Tigers

Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Truro City have signed young striker Euan Pollock on `work experience` from Championship side AFC Bournemouth.

The 18-year-old, who hails from Dorchester, has been at the Vitality Stadium since the age of 9 and agreed his first professional contract upon the conclusion of his scholarship in March 2021.

He netted over 20 goals for the Cherries under-18 team last season and has been the club`s leading scorer at his age group for the last three seasons.

Under the terms of his move, Pollock will be eligible to feature for Truro in the Emirates FA Cup when they visit Vanarama National League South side Hungerford Town in the Second Qualifying Round on September 18th.
