The experienced 31-year-old left the Webbswood Stadium to join Southern Premier Division Central side Stratford Town in the summer.

He had originally been with `Marine since February 2018 after arriving from North Leigh.

Before joining North Leigh, he had spells at Didcot Town and Hungerford Town after playing at Reading academy as a youngster.

After signing he immediately brought additional competition and balance to the left-hand side of the squad.

Swindon Supermarine manager Lee Spalding told his club`s website: “Its excellent news and perfect timing as we strengthen the squad after the recent loss of two good defenders, Hoppo will help soften that loss with his ability and experience in defence”.
