Lambs Move for Birch
Tamworth have signed midfielder Brad Birch from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central rivals Hednesford Town.

The 31-year-old tenacious Droitwich-based central midfielder who likes to get forward, began his career in the youth ranks at current Midland League Premier Division outfit Worcester City and went on to see service with Westfields, Bromyard Town and Littleton.

 

He originally signed for Southern Premier Division Central club Stourbridge in July 2016 but after one full season with the Glassboys he moved back to Worcester in the summer of 2017 where he captained their side.

 

He re-joined Stourbridge on a dual registration basis in March 2018 before committing to the Glassboys fully in 2018/19.

 

He moved to rivals Hednesford in May 2021.
