Celtic
brought in Jake Burton from SkyBet League Two side Tranmere Rovers on a month`s
loan.
The
19-year-old has made 4 appearances for Tranmere, with two coming in the league.
His
debut came in a 2-1 defeat to Leicester City’s under-23s in the EFL Trophy.
Burton
signed a professional contract with Tranmere in 2020.
Goalkeeper
Liam Isherwood (pictured) arrives, also for a month, from League One outfit Accrington
Stanley.
Isherwood,
19, who comes from Clitheroe, has been with the Reds since under-12 level.
He
signed his pro contract in the summer of 2020 and was the regular under-18
keeper last season.
Striker
Marcus Dackers also signs on a month`s loan from League Two neighbours Salford
City and bagged a brace on debut against FC United.
The
18-year-old striker spent six years at Brighton & Hove Albion having spent
time as part of Manchester City’s youth academy.
He
has also featured for Wales’ under-17s and whilst with Brighton, had a loan
spell with Lancing, who are now in the Isthmian League, when they were members
of the Southern Combination. |
