Young
striker Kylian Kouassi (pictured) joins from SkyBet League Two newcomers Sutton United on
a month`s loan.
McCann
told https://www.hamptonfc.net: "He's
one I've been trying to get in for a while, and for various reasons from both
sides it's just not quite happened, so I'm pleased to get him in. He offers us
something different up top, he's raw, he's physical and has scored goals
against teams at our level in pre-season for Sutton. We're looking forward to
working with him and he gives us another option."
McCann
has also brought in 22-year-old Rhys Forster as competition and cover for
experienced goalkeeper Alan Julian after Myles Bowman opted to leave the club
to seek regular first team football.
Forster
joins from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South side Walton
Casuals.
He
had joined the Stags from league rivals Metropolitan Police, who he signed for
from CB Hounslow during the 2019/20 season.
He
has previously been at AFC Bournemouth where he was unlucky not to earn a
professional contract.
He
had a spell on loan with National League side Maidenhead United in 2019/20.
