Robins Move for Seagulls Striker

Experienced forward Mike Symons has completed a permanent move to Pitching In Southern Division One South club Evesham United from Southern Premier Division South side Weston-super-Mare.

The 6`3” 35-year-old target man has enjoyed spells at several non-League clubs, including Worcester City, Oxford City, Clevedon Town, Cirencester Town, Forest Green Rovers and Gloucester City in what has been an eventful footballing career.

He joined Hereford FC at the beginning of the record-breaking 2017/18 Southern Premier Division South title-winning season, scoring 24 times in 52 games.

He moved to Weston at the end of December 2019.
