The 32-year-old has most recently been first-team coach of Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division side Dunstable Town and is now looking forward to his first managerial job.

A vastly experienced midfielder whose playing days began at Luton Town.

As a teenager the Hatters sent him out on loan to Salisbury City where he gained early experience of life in the fifth tier.

Let go by Luton without making a first-team appearance, he moved to the Whites permanently, and his impressive form earned him a move into the Football League with Stevenage Borough.

He spent three seasons at Stevenage, also being loaned out to Aldershot Town, before re-joining Salisbury for their final season before the club was forced into liquidation.

He moved to Forest Green Rovers in 2014, going on to make over 100 appearances.

Injury ruled him out of the chance to play in the May 2016 National League Promotion Final against Grimsby Town at Wembley. However, he had played a crucial role in helping the team reach the showpiece event.

After a spell with Oxford City, he signed for rival National League South outfit Hemel Hempstead Town in November 2018 from rivals Oxford City.

Sinclair will start the managerial role effectively from Saturday, 30th October.
