The 27-year-old joins the Martyrs from Southern Premier Division Central side Redditch United, where he had been since July after arriving from JD Cymru Premier side Barry Town United.

The pacey forward made his first appearance for the Wales under-16 side aged only 13, representing his country across Europe.

A cousin of former Manchester United and Wales star Ryan Giggs, Jemmett-Hutson joined Cardiff City at the age of 13.

After leaving the Bluebirds he had short spells with Newport County, Cinderford Town, Merthyr and Barry.

He then spent a number of years after for Penybont and was part of the side that won the Welsh League Division One title, going the entire campaign unbeaten.

He made 23 appearances Penybont, scoring 5 times, before returning to Barry where he played 20 times in 2020/21, scoring twice.

He is a full international with the Barbados national team and featured for his country in the CONCAF World Cup qualifiers during the summer.

Manager Dean Clarke told his club`s website: “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Curtis to the Football Club.

"He's a player that I've been after for some time, so I'm really pleased to finally get this deal done.

“He's an exciting talent, who will add something different to the squad that we've already got.

“He's a player who has proven his quality at different clubs and will add a lot of competition for places going forward.

“As a club we are always striving to improve the team and to get Curtis over the line is a massive signing for ourselves".
