Forward
Nyle Blake (pictured) re-joins Frickley for a second spell at Westfield Lane.
The
22-year-old came through the ranks of SkyBet League Two Mansfield Town`s
academy signing a professional contract in May 2018.
He
made his first-team debut in November 2018 against Scunthorpe United in a game
in which he scored.
Having
been on loan to Alfreton Town in the later part of season 2018/19 he signed for
the Vanarama National League North side in the summer of 2019 and then switched
to Frickley in September 2020.
A
move to league rivals Carlton Town followed later that season before joining
NPL Premier outfit Hyde United in August 2021 but he stayed only a very short
time with the Tigers before moving to league rivals Gainsborough.
Frickley
have also taken Jack Gibson on loan from Gainsborough.
A
6`4” forward, he signed for Trinity in May from Frickley`s league rivals
Carlton Town.
Working
his way up through the youth ranks at Chester, he made several appearances in
the FA Youth Cup, prior to making the step up to men’s football in the form of
Carlton in 2020/21. |
