Sidney Ibie (pictured) joins the Woods after a short spell with Southern League Premier
Division South side Beaconsfield Town.
The
21-year-old had only been with the Rams for a month after moving from Isthmian
Premier Division outfit Potters Bar Town.
He
had joined the Scholars towards the end of the 2020/21 season from Vanarama National
League South side Hemel Hempstead Town.
Born
in Holland, he had been in and around the Tudors' first team for a year or so
and made 12 senior appearances in 2018/19, whilst also spending a brief time on
loan with Welwyn Garden City.
He
was joint registered with Isthmian South Central side Chalfont St Peter in
2020/21.
Left
back Andy Lomas is back at Chestnut Avenue for a second spell, having been with
Potters Bar since 2017.
He
picked up their player of the season award in their promotion year and previously
played at Oxhey Jets, Harefield United and Harrow Borough.
Tricky
winger Ryan Young is another to make the switch from Potters Bar.
The
26-year-old plied his trade as a youngster at Championship side Queens Park Rangers
up until under-18 level and joined Potters Bar in the summer of 2019 from
Aylesbury Vale Dynamos.
He has previously played
for Stotfold, Berkhamsted and Dunstable Town. |
