McDonald Borrows Versatile Raven

Liam McDonald, manager of Pitching In Southern League Premier Division Central club Rushall Olympic, has signed versatile Kory Roberts on loan from Vanarama National League side Bromley until January 2022.

The 23-year-old, who can operate at centre-back, full-back or central midfield, joined the Ravens in early September 2020 following his departure from the Pics` League Two neighbours Walsall.

He joined the Saddlers academy aged 16 and made his Football League debut in December 2016 and went on to make 20 appearances in the 2017/18 season.

Following a spell on the sidelines due to injury, he made his return to first-team football in 2020/21 with Bromley.

He moves to Dales Lane having spent the past month on loan at National League North outfit AFC Telford United.
