Defender
Mathieu Racine joins the Gingerbreads from Southern League Division One Central
side FC Romania.
The
22-year-old had only been with the league new boys since October 2021.
He
was originally with Aiglon du Lamentin-Martinique FC in the Martinique
Championnat National.
He
then spent time with US Rungis in France during 2018/19 and then came to
England for the first time with Isthmian League Premier Division side Haringey
Borough in 2019.
He
returned to this country after being with Polish side Gornick 09 Myslowice.
Racine
is joined at The Meres by Jeremie Bellune.
The
22-year-old defensive midfielder last played for Stade Bordelais in the French National
3.
He
started out with FC Chamois Niort and spent a year in Luxembourg with FC Schengen
before joining Stade Bordelais in July 2020.
He
also played for Martinique at under-20 international level.
Greene
has also brought in young centre-back Ryan Grant (pictured) on a month`s loan from SkyBet
Championship side Blackpool.
The
18-year-old was previously on the books of West Bromwich Albion and signed a
one-year professional deal with the Seasiders in August.
He
has recently returned to Bloomfield Road following a spell with NPL Division
One West outfit Widnes. |
