The 24-year-old defender featured 30 times for the Cards last season but was unable to prevent them from dropping into the National League South on the final day of the season.

Wynter came through the youth system at Arsenal before enjoying spells with Bristol City, Cheltenham Town, Southern League side Barton Rovers and Bromley before making the move to the Kingfield last summer.

Saunders told the club’s official website: “I am delighted to get Jordan on board – one of a few new additions we’ll be seeing in the coming weeks. At 24, he’s got a lot of experience but there’s plenty more to come from him as well.

“I like that he gives me options in defence and across the midfield, which you need when running with a relatively small squad.

“He’s a very athletic player who’ll bring a different dynamic to the team”.
