The
28-year-old joins Colls from Toolstation Northern Counties East League Premier
Division side Nostell Miners Welfare, who he signed for in August.
He
joined Welfare from NPL Division One West outfit Ramsbottom United. He had been
with Rammy since October 2020 after moving across the Pennines from NPL Premier
side Scarborough Athletic.
He
had only been with Boro since August 2020 after arriving from league rivals
Gainsborough Trinity.
He
started playing football with his Yorkshire home-town club Rothwell and was linked
with Huddersfield Town from the age of 10.
At
the age of 16 he rose to the first team substitutes bench and made his debut in
May 2016.
He
was released by Huddersfield at the end of the 2015/16 season and signed for
Chesterfield after which he joined FC United of Manchester in July 2017, having
a loan spell with Nantwich Town towards the end of the 2018/19 season.
He
moved to Guiseley AFC in August 2019 but moved on to NPL Premier Division side
Ashton United just two months later, making the switch to Trinity a month
later. |
