Phipp (pictured) , 29, is box-to-box player. He spent some time out of the game to complete a Marketing Degree and is an intelligent and gifted player.

He made 29 appearances in 2018/19 guiding Cray Wanderers to the Isthmian South-East title and added 3 goals with powerful shooting from distance.

He numbers Ebbsfleet United, Margate and Tonbridge Angels amongst his other former clubs.

He signed for Isthmian South East club Herne Bay in May.

Wide midfielder Dalling joins the Rooks from Vanarama National League South side Dartford, who he signed for in September 2021 after a short spell with league rivals Hemel Hempstead Town.

The 23-year-old started his career with SkyBet Championship side Queen’s Park Rangers and spent time on loan with League of Ireland outfit Cork City, where he played 13 times, and Wealdstone whilst with the R`s.
