Chambers Becomes a Martyr
Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South club Merthyr Town have brought in forward Karnell Chambers following a brief spell with Division One South side Cinderford Town.

The Foresters brought in Chambers in December following another short spell, this time with Southern Premier Division Central side Stratford Town.

 

It`s wasn`t the 24-year-old`s first time with the Foresters, having spent time on loan at The Causeway in 2016/17.

 

Chambers started his career with Cheltenham Town and signed for Gloucester in 2016/17 amidst interest from Scottish side Ross County, before impressing on loan at Cinderford.

 

After a spell in Sweden with Syrianska, he returned to the Tigers and made a real impact before signing a contract with the club for the new season.

 

He moved to National League South outfit Chippenham Town in March 2018 and then joined Stratford for the first time in March 2020 and then Southern Premier Division South outfit Yate Town in June 2021 before moving to Southern Division One South side Evesham United towards the end of August 2021.

 

He re-joined Stratford in November 2021.
