The 28-year-old left-footed centre-half with a big presence, transferred to Larkhall from Yate Town in 2017/18.

A schoolboy at League Two Bristol Rovers, his other previous clubs include Mangotsfield United and Odd Down.

Frome manager Danny Greaves told his club`s website: "I am delighted to get Mike Baker through the door. He has been on our radar for a while.

“He has captained a Larkhall side who have always been competitive in this league for a number of years and has been one of the best central defenders in the league for the past couple of seasons. He is a big strong lad, who can also play a bit which is important to us. He will add vital experience and leadership to our group for the second half of the season. It was clear during my conversation with him this week that he is coming to us for all of the right reasons and is very hungry to help us deliver on our objectives for the season”.
