A Trio of New Hillmen
Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One West club Glossop North End have added a trio of new signings to their squad.

Forwards Hugo Rodriguez and Marios Avraam (pictured right) along with midfielder Jordan Scott have become Hillmen.

 

Rodriguez, 33, joins Glossop from league rivals Ramsbottom United.

 

He had joined Rammy in October 2021 from another league rival, Kendal Town and was previously with Fulwood Amateurs.

 

Twenty-five-year-old Avraam arrives from Highland League side Fort William.

 

The Cypriot signed a two-year deal with Fort William in the summer of 2021 after joining from Cheshire League Premier Division outfit Billinge.

 

He had joined Billinge in July 2019 from Ardal Leagues North West outfit Denbigh Town where he had been for a short time after being at Llandyrnog United in the North Wales Coast East Football League Premier Division.

 

He was previously with Liverpool County Premier League Premier Division side Waterloo Dock and started out at North West Counties League Division One North AFC Liverpool.

 

Scott is a competitive midfielder who signed for Glossop from league rivals Kendal Town, where he had been since August 2020.

 

His former clubs include Clitheroe, Australian side Olympia, Padiham, Preston North End and AFC Darwen.
