Allen (pictured) spent time on loan with Tivvy last season from Vanarama National League South side Truro City.
He had moved to the White Tigers in the summer of 2016 from South West Peninsula Leaguers Bodmin Town.
Allen first signed for the Plymouth Argyle centre of excellence at the age of 11, going on to represent Argyle's under-18's as an apprentice.
He signed his first professional contract for the club in 2014 and made his first-team debut as a late substitute in a Carling Cup game against Leyton Orient in which he took and scored the first Argyle penalty in the shoot-out.
He made his first League appearance in the Devon derby against Exeter City as a substitute in a 3–0 win.
He has also made a handful of appearances for Gosport Borough in 2015 as well as a spell on loan with Truro.
He had a brief spell with Gateshead from June 2015 to January 2016 before returning to Devon with Bodmin.
Meanwhile, striker Jared Lewington has left Tiverton after agreeing to sign for Truro.
Lewington joined Tivvy from Toolstation Western League Premier Division outfit Buckland Athletic in December 2017.
He had signed for Buckland from Bovey Tracey as 19-year-old at the start of the 2013/14 season. |
