The
defender signs as Yeovil have reduced numbers at the back, offering a
significant boost to the rear-guard.
The
25-year-old started his career in Manchester City’s academy but ventured south
in 2013, signing for Brighton & Hove Albion.
Barclay
did not make senior appearance for the Seagulls but did spent time on loan at
Notts County during the 2018/19 season.
In
2019, Barclay was then snapped up by League One side Accrington Stanley, where
he made 36 appearances in a two-season spell at the Wham Stadium.
Following
his release from Stanley, Barclay signed for Stockport and has made 12 appearances
in all competitions so far this season.
