The
highly-rated Moulden progressed through the academy systems at both Liverpool
and Manchester City before he penned a two-year deal at Molineux in the summer.
The
20-year-old, the son of ex-Manchester City, Bournemouth, Molde and Birmingham
striker Paul Moulden, gained valuable experience while on loan with National
League North Gloucester City from September 2020 to last January, making 7
appearances.
He
has featured on the bench 9 times in the Premier League for Wolves this season,
as well as playing in the EFL Trophy for them.
He
helps fill the void left by on-loan keeper Josh Gould, who returned to
Championship club Swansea City earlier this month, which had left Chris Haigh
as the Fleet’s only senior keeper, before Moulden's loan arrival for the
remainder of the campaign.
He
has played at every level for England up to under-19s and featured at the
Under-17 European Championships.
While
at City, Moulden featured for the club’s under-18s and under-23s sides - playing
games for the latter in 2020/21 as they won the Under-23 Premier League 2
title. |
