Magpies Borrow Cherries Prospect
Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South relegation battlers Wimborne Town have announced the signing of Tarik Gidaree from Championship neighbours AFC Bournemouth.

The 19-year-old full-back joins the Magpies for the remainder of the season.

 

Previously on the books at Tottenham Hotspur and Norwich City, Gidaree is now a third-year scholar at the Vitality Stadium having joined ahead of the 2019/20 season.

 

The attack-minded full-back, who can play on either flank, scored his maiden goal for the under-21s in a 7-0 win against Cowes Sports, as the side progressed in the Hampshire Senior Cup.

 

Wimborne manager James Stokoe told his club`s website: "Tarik is a fantastic prospect in the Bournemouth academy. He will give us an extra dimension to our attacking play with his speed and direct running. I’m thankful to Bournemouth for assisting in the loan move and can’t wait to see Tarik on the Cuthbury pitch".
