The 26-year-old left back had joined the Greenbacks in the summer of 2021 from Southern League Premier Division Central side Stratford Town, where he had been since September 2020.

The long throw specialist joined the Bards after being released by Vanarama National League side Chesterfield and after being on trial with National League North outfit Kettering Town.

He signed for the Spireites in the summer of 2018 from York City and whilst with the Minstermen, he had loan spells with Scarborough Athletic and Boston United.

After starting out with Leicester City, Muggleton - son of ex-Foxes goalkeeper Carl - had a short spell with Holwell Sports before being snapped up by Gillingham.

He played twice for the Gills` first team and then 52 times for Barnet between 2014 and 2017.

He was with Eastleigh before signing for York in March 2017.
