Much-Travelled Perry Becomes a Scholar
Pitching In Northern Premier League Division One Midlands club Chasetown have signed much travelled striker Kyle Perry after a brief return to Southern League Premier Division Central side Nuneaton Borough.

The 35-year-old had returned to Boro initially on dual registration with Vanarama National League North side Kettering Town before being released by the Poppies in January.

 

Perry signed for the Poppies in November 2020 after a brief, two-month spell with Boro`s league rivals Stratford Town.

 

He had joined the Bards from another Southern Premier Division Central rival, Redditch United where he had been since June 2020 after being with Alvechurch.

 

The well-travelled striker, who stands 6`4”, has always been recognised as being one of the best target men around at this level of football.

 

He has also seen service with the likes of Bromsgrove Sporting, Coalville Town, Mansfield Town, AFC Telford United, Port Vale, Lincoln City, Altrincham and Worcester City.

 

He also had two spells with Stafford Rangers, sandwiched by periods with Barwell and Stourbridge and was also with Boro in 2012/13 when he played a dozen games.
