He
becomes James Rowe’s first signing and moves from playing part-time at
Leamington to full-time with the Coasters.
Morrison
joined the Brakes in June 2020.
A
junior at both Birmingham City and Wolverhampton Wanderers, he can play
anywhere across the back line and linked up with Southern Premier Division
Central side Alvechurch just before the start of the 2014/15 campaign.
He
was a virtual ever-present in the `Church defence as they finished 15th in the
newly re-named Midland League. He was also captain on a handful of occasions
for the side.
He
moved to Hednesford Town in May 2015 and then Halesowen Town a year later
before re-joining now-Southern League Alvechurch in the summer of 2018.
Rowe
told https://www.afcfylde.co.uk:
“Kyle is a player I’ve tracked for a while. We know that once he makes the
transition into full-time football and it is a regular behaviour in his
lifestyle, we will all see the potential he has.
“I’m
sure the supporters will enjoy watching Kyle play in Fylde colours, and I’m
more than looking forward to working with him during his time here”. |
