The 23-year-old recently spent time on loan with the Rams` league rivals Farnborough after joining the Shots in October 2021 having previously played for US College side Loyola University Maryland between 2016 and 2019, during which time he made 68 appearances and scored 20 goals and 10 assists.

While playing at college, Fawole also appeared in the USL PDL with Baltimore Bohemians in 2016, NPSL side FC Baltimore in 2018, and the-now re-branded USL League Two in 2019 with The Villages SC.

In January 2020, Fawole was selected 42nd overall in the 2020 MLS SuperDraft by MLS side DC United. Following this, the forward later signed with DC United’s USL Championship affiliate, Loudoun United, making his professional debut in March 2020, appearing as a 57th-minute substitute in a 0–0 draw with Philadelphia Union II.
