Charlie Lambert (pictured), a 27-year-old powerful and mobile forward, joins the Hawks from Vanarama National League South side Eastbourne Borough.

He had signed for Boro in 2020 having impressed against them for Southern Combination side Peacehaven & Telscombe.

Lambert, who possesses pace, a presence and the ability to finish in front of goal, originally joined Whitehawk on dual registration in October 2021 and then league rivals Three Bridges in February 2022.

Defender Hamish Morrison, 22, joins from league rivals Haywards Heath Town, where he had been since August 2019.

Brighton-born, he qualifies to play for both Scotland and England but was approached by the Scottish FA after impressing playing for Brighton’s under--18 team.

He qualifies for Scotland due to his family coming from Stornaway in the Hebrides.

He left Brighton in July 2018 and went `north of the border` to join Scottish Premiership side Hamilton Academical.

He played mainly for the Accies` under-20 team before being released at the end of the 2018/19 season.

Lambert and Morrison join Rob O’Toole from Horsham in being early recruits by manager Shaun Saunders.
