The
Premier Division side finished third in 2021/22 and now under new leadership
are hoping to gain promotion to Step 4 this time around.
New
boss Luke Rooney (pictured) has wasted no time bringing in new faces.
Calum
McGeehan arrives following a season that started at Hollands & Blair and
ended with Erith & Belvedere.
The
centre-back scored 8 times during the last campaign and will provide experience
and strength in a key position for Glebe.
Jack
Mahoney arrives at Foxbury after spending a few successful seasons at
Corinthian.
The
midfielder played 39 games for the Hoops in the Isthmian League last term and
can count Chatham Town and Hythe Town as former sides.
Familiar
with Foxbury from his time spent at Stansfeld, Harry Gamble has also made the
move to Glebe.
Impressive
stints at Welling Town and Erith Town have deservedly earned the attacking
midfielder the opportunity to shoot for promotion with the Chislehurst-based
club.
It’s
not just new faces through the door, as Rooney has been quick to tie down some
of the key members of the Glebe squad from last year.
Striker
Jamie Philpot was in stunning form throughout the whole of 2021/22 and will go
again while midfielder Tom Hever has also put pen-to-paper after impressing the
new boss with his dynamic displays. |
