A
club statement reads: “Paul brings with him a vast amount of knowledge within
the game having started his career with Manchester City, which then followed
with spells as a professional at Blackpool, Port Vale, Aberdeen, Walsall, and
Rochdale. Paul then gained valuable non-League experience with Droylsden, FC
Halifax Town, Stockport County, Bradford Park Avenue, Alfreton Town, Curzon
Ashton, Buxton and Mossley AFC before finishing at Radcliffe and Workington
last season.
“Paul
is no stranger to Park Road Stadium having been part of Lloyd Morrison’s
coaching staff in season 2020/2021 before COVID-19 put an early end to the
season.
Joining
Marshall as his assistant is Steven Yarwood, who is well known face in the
Manchester non-League scene following spells at Salford City, Mossley AFC,
Glossop North End, Wythenshawe Town and Abbey Hey.
