Connolly Brothers Head to Leighton
Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division club Leighton Town have signed the Connolly brothers, Gary and Kyle, from Pitching In Southern League Premier Division South side Kings Langley.

Gary, the older at 31, is a midfielder who signed for Kings Langley in 2011 from Leverstock Green.

 

He returned from a gap year in Australia to lead the 2015/16 title-winning season.

 

He also had a short spell with neighbours Hemel Hempstead Town in 2016.

 

Kyle, who is 27, is a former Arsenal, Boreham Wood and Watford academy left-back who spent six seasons at Hemel Hempstead Town, making nearly 240 appearances for the Tudors.

 

Released in the summer of 2019, he signed for Kings Langley.
