The 24-year-old joins Alty from King`s Lynn Town, who were relegated to the National League North at the end of the 2021/22 season.

He had joined the Linnets in March 2019 from Grantham Town where he had been since July 2018 having previously played for FC Halifax Town.

The right-back (pictured) started his career at Scunthorpe United before being released at the age of 15.

After playing in the Manchester Elite squad for a year, he signed for FC Halifax where he became the 2014/15 student player of the year.

He also spent part of the 2016/17 season on loan to Frickley Athletic where he scored 4 goals in 7 appearances and went on loan to North Ferriby United the following season.

He made 37 appearances for the Gingerbreads in the 2018/19 season scoring 4 goals and 9 for Lynn.

Also joining Altrincham on a permanent basis is midfielder Josh Lundstram following his release by Crewe Alexandra after their relegation to SkyBet League Two.

A graduate from the famed Crewe academy from the summer of 2017, Lundstram is another to make the successful step up to senior football.

He made his debut against Bolton Wanderers in the EFL Trophy in September before making his League debut as a substitute against Charlton Athletic.

He is another of the club’s youngsters who has benefitted greatly from successful loan spells and Lundstram’s development certainly progressed during notable spells with Nuneaton Borough, Kidsgrove Athletic and especially at Altrincham, who he helped to win promotion from the National League North.
