The forward will join the Cards from SkyBet League Two side Stevenage on July 1st, on a deal until the end of the 2022/23 season.

The 22-year-old came through Premier League Crystal Palace’s academy before moving to Bristol Rovers in 2020.

He went on to make 31 appearances in League One over the course of two seasons before joining Stevenage last season where he played 15 times in League Two and scored a goal in the Papa John’s Trophy.

Woking manager Darren Sarll told https://www.wokingfc.co.uk: "James is a player I have always admired. He comes with a great pedigree having been at Crystal Palace, being head-hunted by Bristol Rovers, and subsequently Stevenage.

"Like most young players, James has a real thirst for game time, ambition and achievement.

"And that's what we've signed in James - an incredibly determined and athletic left-footed forward, who will thrive at Woking with the coaching and opportunities he will get here".
