The
33-year-old arrived at Hayes Lane in September 2020 and made 31 appearances for
the Ravens last season.
The
former Millwall man joined Bromley having last played football for California-based Orange County in the United States.
Having
started his career at Ipswich Town, he made his first-team breakthrough with
the Tractor Boys, before enjoying loan spells with Millwall, Grimsby Town and
Scunthorpe United.
He
then earned a permanent move to Millwall in 2010, where he went on to spend
four seasons, making 138 appearances and scoring 24 goals.
During
his time with the South London side, Trotter had a short loan spell with Bolton
Wanderers, for whom he signed permanently in 2014.
After
57 appearances and 4 goals, as well as a short loan stint at Nottingham Forest,
Trotter returned south and signed for AFC Wimbledon.
He
remained with Wimbledon until 2019, where he made the move across the pond to
sign for Orange County in the second tier of soccer in the USA. |
