The 33-year-old arrived at Hayes Lane in September 2020 and made 31 appearances for the Ravens last season.

The former Millwall man joined Bromley having last played football for California-based Orange County in the United States.

Having started his career at Ipswich Town, he made his first-team breakthrough with the Tractor Boys, before enjoying loan spells with Millwall, Grimsby Town and Scunthorpe United.

He then earned a permanent move to Millwall in 2010, where he went on to spend four seasons, making 138 appearances and scoring 24 goals.

During his time with the South London side, Trotter had a short loan spell with Bolton Wanderers, for whom he signed permanently in 2014.

After 57 appearances and 4 goals, as well as a short loan stint at Nottingham Forest, Trotter returned south and signed for AFC Wimbledon.

He remained with Wimbledon until 2019, where he made the move across the pond to sign for Orange County in the second tier of soccer in the USA.
