Deres Move for Monger

The latest new arrival at Southern Counties East League Premier Division club Erith & Belvedere is attacking midfielder George Monger.

The 28-year-old joined the Deres` new league rivals Whitstable Town in February 2022 from Pitching In Isthmian League South East side Sittingbourne.

He had signed for Bourne in March 2021 from another Isthmian South East rival, VCD Athletic.

He had been with the Vickers after arriving from another league rival, Ramsgate in early September 2019.

He signed for the Rams from Faversham Town ahead of the 2019/20 campaign.

The midfielder is a railway worker outside of football and has played in the Conference Premier for Dartford and also turned out for Redbridge and Thamesmead Town.
