Hessenthaler Brings in Two
Andy Hessenthaler, manager of Vanarama National League South club Dover Athletic, has made two more new signings.

Striker Alfie Paxman (pictured) has re-joined from Pitching In Isthmian League Premier Division neighbours Folkestone Invicta.

 

The 24-year-old scored 30 goals for Isthmian South East outfit Ramsgate in 2017/18.

 

He emerged from the Rams' youth set up and represented Kent at youth level before joining Dover`s academy at the age of 16.

 

He made a handful of senior appearances for the Whites before moving along the coast to Ramsgate.

 

He joined Folkestone in the summer of 2018.

 

Midfielder Jordan Higgs has also moved to Crabble.

 

Higgs made 31 appearances in National League South for Dulwich Hamlet last season after joining them from National League side Bromley.

 

A Bromley academy graduate, he made over 150 first-team appearances for the Ravens, including starting in the 2018 FA Trophy Final at Wembley Stadium.
