The
32-year-old goalkeeper has joined the Moes after a short period away from the
game, but he is back and ready to go for the new season.
In
recent years the Moes have been known for having big goalkeepers and at 6`6”
tall, Malhotra is no different.
Malhotra’s
former clubs include Stourbridge, Bedworth United, Coventry Sphinx and Coventry
United and he has also played for Punjab FC.
Loughborough
Dynamo Head Coach Brad Munn told https://www.loughboroughdynamofc.com: “I’m
really pleased to bring Ash to the club for a number of reasons the main one of
which is his goalkeeping ability.
“Ash
is someone that I personally have known for around 10 years and is exactly the
character required for a largely fresh-looking changing room and I think his
personality will be great around the club. He has taken some time off over the
last few years but after talks we feel this is the right place for him to
really get that love back for the game and show what he can do.
“I’m
really looking forward to seeing him back doing what he does best & helping
this club in its new look”.
