The 19-year-old was a home-grown player at former Southern Division One South rivals Mangotsfield United where he came through the ranks.

He transferred to Larkhall in December 2021.

Frome manager Danny Greaves told his club’s website: "I am excited to be bringing Owen into the club. I think he will be one the supporters will enjoy watching.

“Owen is an exciting attacking player who has attracted a lot of interest from a number of professional clubs over the past 12 months, including trials with Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham City.

“He stood out when we played against Larkhall last season, not only for his clear technical ability, but also for his maturity beyond his year and presence on the pitch. I think the lad has a brilliant future and I am delighted he has chosen Frome to help him onto the next step of his journey”.
