The
30-year-old had been with the Whites since January 2022 after arriving from
Vanarama National League South side Havant & Waterlooville.
He
had joined the Hawks in June 2021 from National League outfit Eastleigh.
He
moved to the Spitfires in June 2020 from Weymouth, who he joined in October
2017 after being released from Poole Town.
He
is a Sierra Leone international who has five caps to his name.
Capped
by England at under-16 and under-17 level, he started out at Reading and
Southampton as a youngster before signing professional terms for the Royals in
2009.
He
made his senior bow on loan at Rotherham United and also spent time at Port
Vale and Crawley Town before being released by Reading in 2011.
He
signed for Yeovil Town but left in January 2012 without making an appearance
for the Glovers and went non-League with Hayes & Yeading United and
Salisbury City before being handed another chance at full-time level with
Tranmere Rovers in July 2012.
He
went on to make 55 appearances for Rovers and then had spells with Bristol
Rovers, Stockport County and Poole.
