Frome Pair Head to Rovers

Paulton Rovers have announced the arrival of two players from Pitching In Southern League Division One South rivals Frome Town.

Vastly experienced combative midfielder Chris Peck (pictured) had joined the Robins in the summer of 2019, having spent the 2018/19 campaign with former league rivals Mangotsfield United.

The now 33-year-old moved to Cossham Street from Toolstation Western League side Bradford Town in the summer of 2018.

He was previously with Welton Rovers, Odd Down and Forest Green Rovers.

Following Peck from Badgers Hill is 28-year-old Martin Lenihan.

Lenihan joined Frome from Bradford Town in the summer of 2019, having previously turned out for Yate Town.

An effective and creative midfielder, he actually came through Paulton’s youth ranks.
