The 20-year-old centre-back spent time on loan with league rivals Merthyr Town and at Southern Premier Division Central outfit Bromsgrove Sporting last season.

A Hereford academy graduate, Raison signed his first professional contract with the Vanarama National League North side in 2019.

The central defender began training with the first-team squad during the 2019/20 season and made spectacular progress and wore the captain’s armband.

Raison told Yate’s website: “After speaking to the gaffer it was a no brainier for me. I can’t wait to get in, get started, and help the club push on again this season”.
