Standing
6`2”, the keeper made his League debut in the Championship with Colchester
United in 2007 after progressing through the club’s youth ranks, going on to
play 70 games for the Essex side before a move to Dagenham & Redbridge in
2014.
The
35-year-old began his career at Fulham as a schoolboy before making the switch
to Colchester where a scholarship soon turned into a senior team role.
A
loan spell at Whitton United came before his League debut for the U’s in August
2007.
The
Chelmsford-born ‘keeper was then sent out on loan to Staines Town, Enfield Town
and Yeading before taking the number one role at Colchester in 2012.
He
made over 100 appearances for the Daggers before signing for Barnet in the
summer of 2018.
He
played a key part in the Bees’ impressive FA Cup run in 2018/19, making a total
of 53 appearances in all competitions with 20 clean sheets along the way,
before moving to National League rivals Bromley in June 2019. |
