Spence joins the Cards for the second time following a long spell with National League side Sutton United where he made over 100 appearances.
He started his career as a trainee at Reading and joined Woking on loan in 2008, making 17 appearances for the Cards', scoring one goal against Crawley Town.
In 2009, he left Reading and joined the Glenn Hoddle Academy before joining Jerez Industrial CF in Spain.
In 2011, he returned to England, signing for Mansfield Town and also played for Hayes & Yeading United and Salisbury City before joining Eastleigh where he was part of the team that won the 2014 Conference South championship.
From there he went to Sutton and now finds himself back at Woking almost ten years since his first spell when he was just a teenager.
Woking manager Alan Dowson commented: "He's experienced and has played at a higher level. He took a bit of a knock in pre-season, but he's recovered and come back well and was great in the second half last Saturday. He did well for Sutton and I'm sure he will do well for us as well". |
