New Trio of Pilgrims
Vanarama National League North club Boston United have brought in three more new players.

The 21-year-old moved to Lye Meadow in February 2022 from then-National League side Weymouth.

 

He had only been with the Terras since December 2021 after joining from Church`s league rivals Stourbridge, where he had been since early September 2021.

 

He came through the academy ranks at West Bromwich Albion and progressed through the under-18s and under-23 teams before being released at the end of the 2020/21 season.

 

He has been capped by England at youth level

 

Also joining the Pilgrims is 21-year-old striker Micah Obiero following his release by SkyBet Championship side Huddersfield Town.

 

Obiero started his career in the youth ranks at Leyton Orient before joining Huddersfield during the 2016/17 season, making his debut in their final game of the 2019/20 season.

 

He has had a loan spell at Carlisle United in 2020/21 and scored in the EFL Trophy against Aston Villa under-23s.

 

Last season he gained further experience with a loan stint at National League outfit FC Halifax Town.

 

Joining Boston on loan until January 2nd 2023 is defender Jean Leroy-Belahoun on loan from Championship side Sheffield United.

 

A left sided defender, he spent the second half of the 2020/21 season on loan at FC Halifax.

 

The 21-year-old is part of the Blades under-23 squad and has previously played in the Manchester United academy.

 

Leroy-Belahoun, who has French citizenship, left Manchester United in 2017 to join Sheffield United.
