The 24-year-old joins the Stones on a one-year deal with the option of a further year.

Olomola signed for Pools a year ago after leaving Wealdstone’s new league rivals Scunthorpe United.

He is a former-Arsenal youth graduate who made a move to Southampton at a very young age.

He went on a half-season loan spell from the Saints to Yeovil Town at the start of the 2017/18 season and made a real impact with 7 goals in 21 league appearances.

His exploits at Huish Park earned him a three-year contract with Scunthorpe when he left Southampton in the summer of 2018, and he returned for a second half-season term with the Glovers at the beginning of the following season.

In August 2019, he joined Carlisle United on a season-long loan, scoring 5 goals for the Blues.

He finished the 2021/22 campaign back on loan with Yeovil, adding 5 more games and one goal to his tally.
